Button bit-face design:
1. Flat face, drop centre, tungsten carbide hemispherical and ballistic.
2. Normal and retrac body.Couplings sleeve- manufactured with a middle stop to prevent walking . Include couplings sleeve.
3. Shank adaptors - carburized and manufactured with tight tolerances and controlled straightness.
Introduction of button bits:
1) With carbide buttons hot pressed on bits bodies, Tapered Button Bits have a very good drilling performance and long life time. Different diameters and taper degrees are available to suit different applications in mining, quarrying etc. We can supply long skirt and short skirt Tapered Button Bits.
