JT-1A Ultrasonic Water Leak Detector captures acoustic vibration signals produced by ruptured underground pressure pipes via a sensor, in order to precisely locate the leakage position.

The leakage detector is configured with a number of sensors for leakage detection in various environments, so that it can effectively detect and locate the underground leakage. By selecting a frequency band from the 16 frequency band combinations configured in the device, the device can be used to detect underground leakage signals, to meet the leakage detection requirements by pressure pipeline made from various materials with different diameters and working locations (media of burying layers). In order to improve the detection effect, the device provides power frequency noise reducing mechanism and feedback noise reducing mechanism, to reduce the impact of environment interference to leakage detection. Besides, the device also provides operators with visual display and quantitative values that help the operator to determine the scale of the leakage.
