Product Introduction
Application:

The U520A auto testing system is an upgrade of the U520 with the inclusion of an auto-raising system. The use of the mechanical pulley auto-raising system facilitates the movement and precision location of the probe inside acoustic testing tubes. When moving the probe, pile testing system may auto-record the acoustic parameters and waveform of every testing point according to pre-set spacing between test points. The test speed has been improved markedly. The test of a 100 meters profile, with 10 points in every 10 meters, requires only 2 minutes to complete. With this system, 1~2 people may complete the task which usually requires 2~3 person to complete. Furthermore, the whole profile test results are available at anytime, even during the test process, by simply referring to the curves displayed in the screen during the testing procedure.
U520A pile auto-testing system is mainly utilized in the auto-testing of the integrity of pile using the One Hole Acoustic Penetration Method. All other functions of U520A are the same as the U520.

Features:
   Introduce two methods to attach depth counters (acoustic testing tube mouth and tripod), convenient and rapid, suitable for a variety of on-site situations.
   Guide wheel inside the pipe mouth assures the movement and convenient location of the probe. This reduces the wear of the cable inside the pipe mouth and lengthens the lifetime of the probe.
   The spacing between test points may be arbitrarily set. The pulley system smoothly and continuously raises the probe at a rapid pace (the max speed is 1.0 m/s)
   Real-time display and automatic saving of the plotted graph of pile integrity, the location of test points, the acoustic wave transit time of the first wave, the waveform, the wave range etc.
   Arbitrarily retest and redisplay of the sampling waveform of every test point. Preventing the error in on-site testing and on-site judgment. Convenient and rapid.
   Automatic continuous sampling, saving testing information of every test point such as depth, acoustic parameter, waveform etc. producing a stable waveform, with no distortion, allowing accurate judgment of the acoustic parameters, with a good level of consistency, greatly improving the speed of on-site detection. Automatically save the data and waveform of test points during testing procedure, ensuring that no data is lost in the event of a sudden loss of power.
